All items listed on our Web site are currently in stock, unless otherwise noted. In stock items will be shipped 1-2 business days after your order is received via your selected means of shipping.
U.S. Orders
Available Shipping Options:
FedEx Ground (approx. 4-7 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
FedEx 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Shipping and handling rates are based upon the weight and volume of your order, including packaging materials. As you checkout, the weight and volume of your order will be calculated against the shipping method you selected. Insurance for the value of the order is available upon request. Shipping times do not include the day of shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note we cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes via Federal Express.
Canadian Orders
Available Shipping Options:
USPS Airmail Parcel Post (4 – 8 business days).
Shipping and handling rates are based upon the weight and volume of your order, including packaging materials. Goals may be subject to an oversize shipping surcharge. Any charges for customs clearance, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer (where applicable). If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
International Orders
We are able to ship orders to most international destinations. Orders will be shipped via Insured USPS Airmail Priority Mail. Goals may be subject to an oversize shipping surcharge. Approximate delivery time is 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Any charges for customs clearance, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer (where applicable). If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment. Local postal restrictions with respect to package length may require the shaft and blade of sticks to be disconnected for shipment. Assembly instructions will be provided in those cases. Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping is available on orders that total $150 or more, before shipping and handling, to all US and Canadian continental destinations.
Ordering a Gift?
When ordering a gift for shipment to a third party within the United States the sales invoice will be emailed to the billed party. Gift wrapping is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information on sending a gift.
Returns & Exchanges
30 Day Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from FloorballAuthority.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling, or other charges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service.
Return Policy
To return a purchase you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Code. NOTE: No returns will be accepted without obtaining a Return Authorization Code. Please include the Return Authorization Code with your return. The item must be returned to us in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging (where possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Detailed instructions will be emailed to you once a Return Authorization Code is generated for your requested return.
Refund Policy
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. You will be notified via e-mail once we receive and process the returned item(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles. NOTE: We're sorry, but we are unable credit shipping costs for returned orders.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for most items with some restrictions. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend you use certified mail, UPS, FedEx, or some other form of traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. Shipping charges for the replacement item will be charged to your original form of payment. Your exchange will be processed 2-3 business days after we receive the item.
